Protect your relationship,
90 minutes a week.

Couples who invest 90 focused minutes a week talking about their lives, challenges, and dreams greatly increase their chances of staying together.

We build tools that make those 90 minutes easier, deeper, and more consistent.

Relationships don't fall apart overnight

They erode in silence — missed conversations, unspoken hurts, and drifting attention. 90 Minutes a Week exists to reverse that drift.

Jordan Peterson

"People need to spend at least 90 minutes a week talking to each other just about their lives… so that intimacy doesn't disappear."

— Jordan Peterson

Why I built this

I was married for seven years. When my marriage ended, it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. It didn't explode in one day — it slowly deteriorated over time.

Looking back, I realized that we didn't have a consistent space to talk honestly about what was happening: our stress, our disappointments, our needs, our fears.

I made myself a promise: I would help people with struggling marriages take pre-emptive action. Not just "crisis counseling" when everything is on fire, but small weekly "relationship workouts" — like going to the gym to stay fit, not just to recover after an injury.

I'm an app developer. So I decided to use that skill to build tools that help couples build that 90-minute habit and keep their relationship strong.

The Vision

  • Make it easy and natural to sit and talk once a week.
  • Give couples practical exercises, not vague advice.
  • Use technology to remind, support, and inspire — not replace real conversation.
